The standard room, the Deluxe King, is 35–45 sqm, and the Deluxe Twin with two single beds is 45 sqm. Both sleep up to 3 guests, with views of the city or the creek. A couple wanting a view will pick the Executive King Room (60 sqm) with its creek view, and some rooms have a private balcony or jacuzzi. A family of 4 will feel comfortable in the Executive Suite (81 sqm), which has a separate living room and a sofa bed.

The hotel has 15 floors, and every room is non-smoking. For families there are 3 family rooms and 12 connecting rooms, and an extra bed or a crib can be requested in any room type. There are also 3 wheelchair-accessible rooms, including an accessible version of the Deluxe King.

The main restaurant is The Great Oaks, serving international cuisine. Breakfast there is a buffet with live cooking stations, served 6:30–11:00. Buonissimo serves wood-fired pizza and fresh pasta, and is open from noon until midnight. The Lounge is a bar and grill with a kids' menu, and Sky Views by the pool serves drinks and snacks until 20:00.

There's a spa with treatments and the Fit & Fly gym. For business travelers there are 2 meeting rooms, the largest of which is 121 sqm, plus a business center. There's no beach, since the hotel is on the creek rather than the sea. Jumeirah Beach is 17.3 km from the hotel.

The location is convenient for transport: DXB Airport is 3.9 km from the hotel, about a 10-minute drive, and Union metro station is 1.1 km away. The downside: the hotel is far from the sea and the marina, and Burj Khalifa is 11 km away. Anyone coming mainly for a beach holiday will spend a lot of time in transit.
