Accessibility statement

This is a translation for convenience. If there is any difference, the Hebrew version prevails.

We want everyone to be able to use the site, get information and book a service easily, including people with disabilities. We see accessibility as part of the quality of our service, and not only as an obligation.

The legal framework and the level of accessibility

The site was built with the aim of meeting the requirements of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013. The regulations refer to Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.0. Our target is compliance at level AA.

In practice, we build and test the site against the more up-to-date version of the guidelines, WCAG 2.1 at level AA, which also includes all the requirements of WCAG 2.0.

What we have done on the site

  • The site is built in Hebrew, English and Arabic, with the language and direction (right to left or left to right) defined for each page, so that screen readers read it correctly.
  • The page structure is semantic: headings are hierarchical, navigation regions, main content and footer are marked up, and lists and tables are built properly.
  • The colour contrast of text has been checked and meets the AA requirement, that is, a ratio of at least 4.5:1 for normal text. Text that appears over a photograph is also measured against the pixels of the photograph itself, and the photograph is darkened behind it accordingly.
  • The whole site can be navigated by keyboard, and keyboard focus is clearly marked, also against a dark background. There is a "Skip to content" link at the top of every page.
  • All images have alternative text. Images that are purely decorative are marked so that screen readers skip them.
  • Form fields have labels. The styled selection lists are built with accessibility attributes (ARIA), and can be operated by keyboard.
  • All text on the site is set in relative units, and can therefore be enlarged up to 200%, through the accessibility menu or through the browser's font size setting, without loss of content and without horizontal scrolling. The font size in form fields prevents automatic zooming on mobile.
  • The site respects the device's "reduce motion" setting, and all animations and moving strips can also be stopped from the accessibility menu. Moving strips also stop when you point at them.
  • The site is adapted to screens of every size, from mobile to computer, and has been tested at a screen width of 320 pixels.
  • Information is not conveyed by colour alone, and links and buttons have clear names.

Built-in accessibility, without a plug-in

Accessibility on the site is built into its code and its component system, and is not based on an external accessibility plug-in. Every new page is built from the same components, and therefore benefits from the same adjustments. The site works with the accessibility tools you already have installed, such as screen readers, browser zoom, the operating system's high-contrast mode and voice typing. To enlarge the display, you can press Ctrl and + on a computer, or zoom with your fingers on mobile.

The accessibility menu

Every page has a fixed accessibility button (an icon of a figure in a circle). The menu that opens from it was written by us, as part of the site, and is not an external plug-in. It can be operated entirely by keyboard and with a screen reader: it opens as a dialog, focus stays inside it, and the Esc key closes it and returns focus to the button. The menu is available in Hebrew, English and Arabic. The adjustments you can choose:

  • Text size in five steps, from 100% to 200%, in all parts of the page.
  • Line height, and spacing between letters and between words.
  • A readable font, instead of the styled heading font.
  • Dark high contrast, light high contrast, inverted colours, greyscale and low saturation.
  • Highlighting links and highlighting headings.
  • A large mouse cursor, dark or light.
  • Stopping animations and motion.
  • A reading guide and a reading mask that follow the mouse and the keyboard focus.
  • Hiding images, with the alternative text of each image shown in its place.
  • Extra-prominent keyboard focus.
  • Resetting all adjustments with one click.

Your choices are saved in your browser and apply to all pages of the site, until you change them.

Known limitations

We continue to improve accessibility, but some parts may not yet be fully accessible:

  • Links to external sources lead to sites that are not under our control, and they may not be accessible.
  • The WhatsApp widget opens the WhatsApp application, whose accessibility is WhatsApp's responsibility.
  • Documents received from suppliers, such as vouchers and tickets, may arrive in a format that is not fully accessible. On request, we will give you the details in them in an accessible format, for example as text in a message.
  • Names of attractions and places sometimes also appear in English, and therefore screen readers may read them out with inaccurate pronunciation.

Accessibility of the services in Dubai

The attractions, tours, transfers and hotels are provided by local suppliers, and their level of physical accessibility varies. If you need an adjustment, such as wheelchair access, an accessible vehicle or an escort, tell us when you contact us. We will check with the supplier what is possible, and give you the answer before you book. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of a service we do not operate, but we will make an effort to find a solution that suits you.

Accessibility arrangements in our service

Our service is provided mainly remotely, on WhatsApp and by email. You can contact us in writing or by voice message, and we can send all the booking details as text. We do not receive the public at our offices. The registered address appears for the purpose of identifying the business only, and all service is provided remotely, and therefore no physical accessibility arrangements for receiving the public are required. If you need an adjustment in order to communicate with us comfortably — write to us and we will adapt.

An accessible alternative for booking

If part of the site is not accessible to you, you can get all the information and book any service directly from us as well, on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, on the same terms and at the same prices that appear on the site. We will read out or send you the details of the service, the cancellation terms and the booking confirmation in the way that is convenient for you.

Encountered a problem?

If you found an element on the site that is not accessible, or you need information in another format, we will be glad to hear about it and deal with it. So that we can help quickly, state in your message the address of the page, a description of the problem, and the browser or assistive technology you are using.

Under the accessibility regulations, the obligation to appoint an accessibility coordinator applies to a business that employs 25 or more employees, and therefore a business of our size has no appointed coordinator. Every enquiry about accessibility is handled directly, through the same channels and with the same seriousness:

How we test

Accessibility is tested with every change to the site. Testing includes an automated scan with the axe tool, an automated check that verifies that every image has alternative text, that every page has a single main heading and that there are no broken links, measurement of colour contrast against the colour values in the code, and a check of the heading structure. A problem that is found is fixed before the page goes live.

What has not yet been done, and we state this in full disclosure: a full test with screen reader software, and a test by a certified accessibility expert. These are planned, and the statement will be updated accordingly.

Handling of enquiries

Every enquiry about accessibility reaches us directly, through the contact channels listed above. We will confirm that we received it, look into the problem and let you know when it has been dealt with. If the fix on the site takes time, we will give you the information and complete the booking in another way that is accessible to you, until the fix is complete.

Updating the statement

The most recent accessibility review of the site and this statement were carried out on 26.9.2026.
