About the hotel
Kempinski Central Avenue Dubai is a five-star hotel in Downtown Dubai, right next to Dubai Mall and directly connected to it. Until the end of 2023 it was called Address Dubai Mall, and since January 1, 2024 it has operated under the Kempinski brand. According to Kempinski, it has 245 rooms and suites, with a modern design featuring Arabic and local touches.
The main reason to choose it is the connection to the mall. According to Kempinski's announcement, guests reach Dubai Mall's shops and restaurants, the aquarium, the ice rink and the mall's gold souk directly from the hotel. The entrance to the Burj Khalifa observation deck is also inside Dubai Mall. From the mall, you enter the hotel through Bloomingdale's ground floor, or through the Fashion Parking garage. The hotel is included in the MICHELIN Guide Hotels 2026, according to the Kempinski website.

The entry-level room, the Superior Room, is 41 sqm and fits up to 3 guests. A couple will be comfortable in it. The Deluxe Room is 48 sqm, and the Premier Room is 70 sqm with a jacuzzi; both fit up to 4 guests, so a family with two children can fit into one room. In all standard rooms you can choose a king bed or two separate beds, and a baby crib can be added.
For large families or two families together, there are suites with several bedrooms. The Tower Suite, 190 sqm with 2 bedrooms and a Burj Khalifa view, fits up to 6 guests. The Grand Suite, on the 15th floor, is 219 sqm with 3 bedrooms and fits up to 8 guests. Club rooms and some suites include access to the Club Lounge, with private check-in and check-out, breakfast from 8:00 to 11:00, and refreshments throughout the day.
For children, there's a kids' club on the 3rd floor, for ages up to 12, open daily from 10:00 to 19:00. According to the hotel website, hotel guests get one free hour per day per child, and children under 4 can only enter with an adult. The outdoor pool, which has a Burj Khalifa view, has a kids' area. Senses Spa has a sauna, a steam room, a couples' suite, and separate treatment rooms for men and women.
There are 4 restaurants and lounges. nai serves modern Middle Eastern cuisine with a Burj Khalifa view, with seating by the pool or indoors. CEZ is the buffet restaurant for breakfast and lunch, with live cooking stations. Zenon serves Mediterranean and Asian cuisine with AI-based entertainment. Amber Lounge, the lobby lounge, is suited for a light meal and afternoon tea.
The downside: there's no beach, and the sea is a taxi ride away. There's also no resort atmosphere here: this is an urban hotel where much of the appeal is the mall, and anyone looking for a beach and pool vacation will find more at beachfront hotels. On the plus side, DXB airport is about 16 km away, and the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall metro station is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Good to know: the name Address Dubai Mall moved in January 2024 to a different Emaar hotel, previously called Address Fountain Views. Old reviews and photos under the name Address Dubai Mall, from before 2024, describe this hotel.
