A couple can be happy with a Deluxe King room with a Creek view. Those wanting more quiet and service will choose the M Club King Room, 50–103 sqm, which includes access to the M Club lounge. Families and long stays will find what they need in the apartments: one- or two-bedroom units, and duplexes with 2 or 3 bedrooms, all with a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. There's an outdoor pool facing the Creek and the skyline, and a gym. The spa is relatively large for a city hotel: 7 treatment rooms, a Turkish and Moroccan hammam, steam rooms, and saunas. There's no beach, since the hotel sits on the Creek. Business travellers will find a full conference floor, with meeting rooms and outdoor terraces.

The main restaurant is Creek Kitchen, an international buffet with live cooking stations and a Creek view. Every Saturday it hosts a family brunch, and there's another brunch on Sunday. The Copperhead is a pub with simple food and screens for watching sports. The complex has additional restaurants and lounges.

The location is convenient for anyone arriving by flight: the hotel is a walk from Deira City Centre mall and the City Centre metro station, and DXB airport is a short drive away. The downside: there's no beach, and Deira is far from the Marina and Jumeirah. Anyone coming mainly for a beach holiday will feel they're spending a lot of time travelling.
