The website currently showcases mainly the Club rooms and suites. A Club room is 45 sqm, with sea, city or marina views, and fits up to 4 guests. A one-bedroom Club suite is 102 sqm, for up to 5 guests. Club rooms include breakfast, lunch with drinks, and evening snacks and drinks. Couples looking to be pampered can book suites with a private jacuzzi pool on the balcony, at 135 and 169 sqm. Families can get connecting rooms.

Families have three pools on the ground floor: a family pool, pools for guests aged 16 and up, and a splash pad for little ones. The Qix Kids Club welcomes children aged 4–16, daily 9:00–21:00, free for hotel guests. The spa is on the 75th floor, with 9 treatment rooms, a sauna, a steam room and a hammam. The gym is open 24 hours.

The hotel has 9 restaurants and bars. ZETA Seventy Seven is the rooftop Asian restaurant, with skyline views. Mott 32 serves Chinese, Pepe Cucina serves Italian, Osh Del Mar specializes in seafood, DREAM and Garden of Dreams serve Mediterranean fusion, and The Beach Grill serves fresh fish right on the beach. Breakfast is at The Restaurant, and afternoon tea at The Lounge. All restaurants are also open to outside guests, with valet parking for diners; booking ahead is recommended, especially during peak hours.

About the beach: the hotel's amenities page shows a private beach with sun loungers and umbrellas, with direct access from the hotel to the sand of JBR Beach — one of Dubai's busiest and liveliest beaches. A private gazebo, some with a pool, can be rented for a fee. Anyone looking for a secluded, quiet beach won't find it here: The Walk promenade is bustling. The second drawback: children under 14 can't use the 77th-floor pool, which is the main reason people choose this hotel.
