Diving and Snorkeling with Nemo Diving Center: Dubai and Fujairah

Nemo Diving Center is a dive centre in Dubai. This page has three options: a discovery shore dive in Dubai, scuba diving for beginners in Fujairah and a snorkeling trip to Fujairah, and the last two depart from Dubai. All are aimed at anyone who wants to get to know the underwater world without previous experience, and the snorkeling does not require much effort, training or complicated equipment.

How to choose: anyone who wants an easy first taste of the water world can choose the snorkeling trip, where the equipment is provided and no training is needed. Anyone who wants to dive with equipment should choose one of the two diving options, and their details are coordinated with us before you arrive. In every option, children must be accompanied by an adult.

The Fujairah trips: Fujairah is a scenic emirate on the east coast of the United Arab Emirates. From Dubai you travel there to discover the colourful and varied marine life of the Gulf of Oman. On the snorkeling trip the transfer from Dubai to Fujairah is included, so you can relax on the way and reach the destination without driving.

The schedule on the Fujairah trips: pickup takes place between 6:00 and 7:00 AM, depending on the pickup location, and the exact time is confirmed a day in advance. The return to Dubai is expected between 2:00 and 4:00 PM, depending on traffic and operating conditions. The boat trip lasts 3 to 4 hours.

The snorkeling: it takes place at two sites, with 30 to 45 minutes at each. Among the sites is Dibba Rock. You receive all the equipment needed to observe the underwater world for long periods without much effort, and a certified guide accompanies you and explains about the underwater world.

On the boat: on the Fujairah trips you receive soft drinks and water on the boat.

The discovery shore dive in Dubai: this is a separate option, a dive from the shore in Dubai. The dive time, the length of the dive and the meeting point are coordinated with us before you arrive, and the schedule of the Fujairah trips should not be assumed to apply to it.

Scuba diving for beginners in Fujairah: this is an option for a dive with equipment for those who are starting out, departing from Dubai. The dive details, such as depth and length, are coordinated with us.

Ages: on the snorkeling trip, from age 4, and children must be accompanied by an adult. On the two scuba options, the minimum age is set in coordination with us before booking.

What to bring: a towel, swimwear and sunscreen. It is worth bringing a personal water bottle, because there is a refill station and no plastic bottles. You must present an original passport for tourists or an original Emirates ID for residents. Anyone who does not present identification will be removed from the trip, because of Coast Guard regulations. During the activity, listen to the guide's instructions.

Cancellation: none of the three options on the page can be cancelled.

About the centre: Nemo Diving Center is a PADI dive centre located on the Palm Jumeirah, on the beachfront, with a view over Dubai Marina and JBR.
