Lolli is an Italian restaurant on the 52nd floor of the Palm Tower, on the same level as The View at The Palm observation deck. It's a restaurant with a view in Dubai that combines dining with a visit to the observation deck: from the windows you see the full palm-frond shape of Palm Jumeirah, the Gulf and the city skyline. The packages on this page include entry to the observation deck.
According to The View's official website, Lolli's kitchen combines the rustic charm of Italian food with the view from above. The restaurant has three sections: Il Ristorante, the main dining room; Nostra Cucina, with home-style cooking, pizzas, handmade tagliatelle bolognese, pesto spaghetti and desserts; and Il Bar, with cocktails and wines from around the world.
At the early dinner you choose a starter, a main course and dessert, and observation deck entry is at peak hours, around sunset, when the sun drops over the sea and the Palm turns orange.
The View itself opened to the public in April 2021. It sits about 240 metres above sea level, in the middle of the man-made island. According to the official website, the visit also includes an exhibition on how the island was built, and the view is a full 360 degrees: the Palm, the Gulf and the city. The observation deck has several restaurants and cafes, and Lolli is the Italian one among them.
The way to the observation deck goes through the mall at the tower's base, Palm Jumeirah Mall, known until 2025 as Nakheel Mall. At The View's lobby you exchange your voucher for a ticket, then take the lift up to the 52nd floor. After the meal you can keep exploring the deck and taking photos.
Lolli suits families, couples and anyone who wants to see the Palm from above and also enjoy a good meal, without buying two separate tickets. There's an adult ticket from age 13, and a child ticket for ages 3 to 12. Anyone who also wants the 54th floor, Next Level, needs a separate ticket.

The View and Lolli are open every day, between 10:00 and 19:00. The early dinner includes entry at peak hours, around sunset, so it suits anyone who wants the colours of the end of the day. On a hazy or dusty day the view is less sharp, so it is worth checking the weather before booking.
