Al Bandar Rotana - Creek

The standard rooms are 37 sqm, with a king bed or two beds, and a city or Creek view. Families get Family Connecting Rooms: two connecting rooms, 74 sqm in total. Couples can choose the Suite with Private Pool, or the large Al Ain Skyline Suite, 142 sqm with a private pool and skyline view. Guest capacity per room will be confirmed at booking.

The infinity rooftop pool is on the 13th floor, with a Creek view, and is open 8:00–22:00. Next to it there's a separate kids' pool, and the hotel also has a kids' club. Bodylines has a gym open 7:00–23:00, a sauna, a steam room and three treatment rooms. The spa is open 10:00–21:00.

For dining there are five restaurants and bars. Gusto is an Italian trattoria on the roof, Morgan's Gastropub is a 1920s-style pub, and Salt & Pepper is an all-day restaurant with live cooking. Vanilla Lobby Lounge is for coffee and a light meal, and The Deck is by the pool. Room service runs 24 hours. Half-board, full-board and all-inclusive packages are available.

The location is convenient for the airport and Old Dubai: the Al Fahidi and Al Seef neighbourhoods are 10–15 minutes by car or water taxi. The nearest metro stations are Union and Al Rigga, but from there you need a short walk or a taxi. The downside: there's no beach, and the La Mer and Jumeirah beaches are 20–25 minutes by taxi. Those wanting a beach holiday throughout their stay may prefer a beachfront hotel.
