The standard rooms (Superior, Deluxe with canal view, and Executive with Burj Khalifa view) are 32 sqm, with a bathtub and rain shower. They fit 3 adults or a couple with a child. A family with 2 children needs a suite: Superior Suite (48 sqm), Premier Suite (61 sqm) or Deluxe Suite (64 sqm). The suites have a separate living room and access to the club lounge. The Executive Suite - Roland-Garros is designed around the tennis tournament, with a play area.

There's an outdoor swimming pool with views of Burj Khalifa and Downtown, and an outdoor jacuzzi. There's no beach and no kids' club. The spa, Wellbeings Holistic Spa, includes 4 treatment rooms, one of them for couples. Anyone who books a treatment also gets access to the gym, the squash court, the pool and the sauna. The hotel also has a beauty salon.

The hotel's restaurants: Couqley, a French brasserie open noon–1:00 AM; Cocina Tres, a Mexican kitchen on the waterfront; Romeo Lane, a mix of Indian and Japanese cuisine; BreadHouse, a bistro and bakery with a terrace; and The Groove House, a sports bar with large screens. Some venues, like Honeycomb Hi-Fi, only open from 7:30 PM.

The hotel is about 15 minutes from DXB Airport and about 35 minutes from Al Maktoum Airport. Paid airport transfer is available. The website notes the hotel is close to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, but doesn't give a time or distance. The downside: the standard 32-sqm room is tight for three, and the bars' nightlife character is less suited to families with young children.
