Mundo Restaurant at Jumeirah Emirates Towers, Dubai

Mundo is a restaurant at the Jumeirah Emirates Towers hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, in the Trade Centre area. The buffet brings together Indian spices, Mediterranean herbs, Middle Eastern aromas and Asian umami flavours. The page has three options: lunch, a dinner buffet on Saturday and Sunday, and themed dinner nights from Monday to Friday.

The food: the buffet offers a selection of meat and seafood dishes, plus fresh salads and vegetables, prepared by skilled chefs. At the live carving station freshly roasted meat is served, at the pasta station pasta is made to order, and the sushi station has a selection of sushi and sashimi.

The cuisines: the Indian kitchen brings rich, aromatic spices, the Mediterranean brings bold, flavourful herbs, the Middle East brings exotic aromas, and Asia brings dishes rich in umami. This way you can taste several cuisines in the same meal.

Themed nights on weekdays: on themed nights the focus of the buffet changes. The themes include The Great Meat Feast, an evening for meat lovers; Taste of the Sea, a seafood night; Surf & Turf, a mix of seafood and meat cuts; Spice it up, pan-Asian dishes; and Treasures of Arabia, dishes from the Middle East, North Africa and the Levant. The weekend dinner buffet: the Saturday and Sunday option is a dinner buffet at Mundo, with the range of dishes and stations described above.

Lunch: in the lunch option the ticket is for a lunch at Mundo. The menu and drinks details for this option are arranged with us before booking.

How to choose: the lunch option suits those who prefer to eat in the middle of the day. The buffet on Saturday and Sunday suits a weekend evening. The weekday themed nights suit those who want an evening with a particular focus, such as meat, seafood or Asian cuisine.

What is included: the dinner options include a buffet and water. Soft drinks and alcoholic drinks are not included.

Who can take part: there is an adult ticket, from age 12 and over, and a child ticket, for ages 4 to 11. Ages under 4 are not detailed in the tickets, so the entry of younger children is arranged with us before booking.

Dress and weather: the dress code is casual. Dubai is hot in the summer months, so light clothing is a good idea, within the dress code.

Cancellation: these three options are not cancellable. Book only when the date is final.
